CBD Infused Loaded Baked Potato Mac & Cheese
Inform me that Loaded Baked Potato Mac & Cheese does not sound awesome on its own… but then adding CBD into it? Game more than. It is creamy, smoky, cheesy, complete of potatoes, vegan bacon, crunch green onions, and topped with vegan sour cream. This dish is also good, due to the fact it is all gluten cost-free except the pasta, so you can very easily make that swap and you are excellent to go! Great luck not consuming the entire dish to your self.

- two cups raw unsalted cashews
- 1 package Field Roast Chao Cheese creamy original flavor
- three tbsp smooth Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
- Salt / black pepper to taste
- four-six cups frequent unsweetened almond milk
- two tsp lemon juice
- two tbsp garlic powder
- four droppers worth of CBDfx Hemp+ MCT oil 30ml 500 series tincture
- two significant russet potatoes
- 1 cup of vegan bacon (plus a lot more for topping)
- 1⁄2 cup scallions (plus a lot more for topping)
- 1 lb. macaroni
- 1⁄4 cup vegan sour cream
- Cracked black pepper to taste
- Add all of your components to a higher-powered blender (chopping up the chao cheese into rough cubes 1st), and blend till smooth.
- Start off with much less almond milk & seasonings than essential and hold adding a lot more till every little thing is blended nicely with each other devoid of any grittiness. You want this to be the consistency of a thin pancake batter.
- Preheat your oven to 350F.
- Boil your pasta till virtually cooked, drain & toss with a bit of oil so it does not stick with each other.
- Peel and chop your potatoes into tiny chunks. Boil them till virtually fork tender & drain.
- Chop your vegan bacon into “bits” and crisp up in a pan with a tiny quantity of oil.
- Mix your cheese sauce, cooked pasta, potatoes, vegan bacon (reserving some for topping immediately after), and chopped scallions (reserving some for topping immediately after) & spot into a baking dish.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 20-25 minutes till bubbly, thickened, and golden brown. Get rid of from the oven and permit to cool for five minutes.
- Best with the reserved vegan bacon & scallions, drizzle with your vegan sour cream, and add cracked black pepper.
