USDA announces extended-delayed hemp guidelines, calling for total THC testing

The U.S. Division of Agriculture (USDA) released a nationwide proposal for increasing hemp and testing its THC content material, a move that comes extra than 10 months immediately after the U.S. Congress legalized hemp and ordered the USDA to regulate it.
