I want to be able to enjoy marijuana, but, it’s extremely hard for me.
I used to smoke in highschool, and most of the time I would be okay; only a little anxiety and increased heart rate. But now, I can’t even think about smoking without getting severe anxiety.
My girlfriend and her brother smoke, her less than him (she gets anxiety from it every once in a while) but they’re able to enjoy it. Why can’t I?
The last time I smoked I had a bad anxiety attack. What can I do to ease my anxiety? Would indica be better than sativa? Would smoking a cart be better than the actual bud?
And if I do smoke and get another anxiety attack, how can I help that go away?
